Air Canada Vacations has launched new guided tour packages in Brazil.
As Air Canada’s global route map expands, so does the product offering from tour operator sister company Air Canada Vacations. Brazil is the latest destination where ACV has greatly expanded its offering of travel experiences.
The Brazil tours program offers 13 expertly curated, fully guided packages with private transportation in key destinations such as Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Salvador, Foz do Iguaçu, and Porto de Galinhas.
Packages are now available for booking, with tours departing from Toronto and Montreal to São Paulo (GRU). With connecting flights from over 50 Canadian airports, travellers from across Canada can easily reach Brazil.
“Air Canada Vacations is proud to offer Canadians the opportunity to explore the magic of Brazil through our new guided tour packages. From its vibrant cities and cultural landmarks to its breathtaking beaches and natural wonders, these tours are designed to create unforgettable travel experiences,” said ACV VP Nino Montagnese.
Featuring a variety of hand-picked durations and activities, ACV’s tours in Brazil are tailored to suit diverse travel styles, blending urban adventures, cultural exploration, and beach escapes.
Travellers will enjoy daily breakfasts and select meals as outlined in the itinerary, with guaranteed departures for a minimum of two participants and accommodation options ranging from comfort to premium levels. Travellers also have the opportunity to earn Aeroplan points.

There are four types of tours featured in ACV’s Brazil program:
Classic Brazil Adventure: Your clients can experience the essence of Brazil with itineraries that showcase its iconic landmarks, vibrant culture, and breathtaking landscapes. They’ll explore Rio de Janeiro’s world-famous sights, marvel at the stunning Iguaçu Falls, and delve into Salvador’s Afro-Brazilian heritage. These tours offer a perfect mix of cultural immersion and natural wonders, ideal for travellers seeking an in-depth journey through Brazil’s highlights.
Tropical Escapes and Beaches: These tours adeptly combine Brazil’s energetic cities with its idyllic coastal retreats. Travellers will visit Rio de Janeiro’s iconic attractions before unwinding on the golden beaches of Búzios or Porto de Galinhas, known for their crystal-clear waters and charming settings.
Cultural and Natural Immersions: Invite your clients to discover Brazil’s rich diversity by blending cultural experiences with awe-inspiring natural beauty. They’ll stroll through the historic streets of Paraty, encounter exotic wildlife in the Pantanal, or explore the vibrant traditions of São Paulo and Salvador. These tours are ideal for adventure seekers and travellers craving authentic, off-the-beaten-path experiences.
Brazil and Beyond: With itineraries that span both Brazil and Argentina, your clients can witness the lively culture of Buenos Aires, the majesty of the Perito Moreno Glacier, and the unparalleled beauty of the Iguaçu Falls from both sides. They’ll conclude their journey in Rio de Janeiro, soaking in the energy of its iconic landmarks and lively samba spirit.
NOTE: Brazil’s requirement for U.S. and Canada passport holders has been pushed back at least twice now. It was first set to take effect on Jan. 10, 2024, then was meant to launch April 10, 2024, and has now been pushed a whole year to April 10, 2025. We’ll keep you posted.
