Travefy Launches CRM Suite for Travel Advisors

Travefy, an itinerary, website and form builder platform for travel advisors, has launched a fully integrated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) suite of tools.

Just months after launching a “one-of-a-kind” new travel agent program, Travefy has once again demonstrated its commitment to the trade with the enhanced platform. Travefy’s new CRM tools include professional invoicing, streamlined commission tracking, integrated email, and a completely revamped contact management system.

“Travel advisors are the heartbeat of this industry,” said Travefy CEO David Chait. “This CRM release represents our commitment to listening to advisors, solving their daily challenges, and reinvesting in their success. It’s a massive leap forward—and just the beginning.”

The Travefy CRM system is built into the existing platform travel advisors use for building itineraries, offering a comprehensive workspace where advisors can manage clients, trips, payments, and communication without having to switch between different programs and spreadsheets.

“We’ve built this to work the way travel professionals already do,” explained Kyle Deterding, vice president of product. “Now you can build a trip, drop items into an invoice, send it, and track payments and commissions—all from one place.”

Travefy created the tech solution in response to travel advisors’ feedback. The company estimates that the one-stop-shop solution will save travel advisors hundreds of hours over the course of a year.

“We analyzed common workflows and usage patterns across our user base and found that advisors were wasting hundreds of hours each year switching between tools,” said Deterding. “This release alone can save advisors upwards of 200 hours annually—freeing up time to focus on what matters most.”
