Collette Unveils Revamped Passport Club Loyalty Program

Tour company Collette has revamped its Passport Club loyalty program.

The Passport Club rewards travelers with perks and credits for booking a tour within a set time frame following a previous trip with the tour operator.

Collette previously retooled the program almost a year ago in September 2023. The latest batch of changes extends the range of dates that travellers can receive loyalty credit, as well as how long the credit has until it expires.

Guests are automatically enrolled in the program as Level 1: Adventurer. They will then receive a credit on their next Collette tour, depending on when it is booked. After completing their third tour with Collette, travelers will be upgraded to the next tier, Level 2: Explorer.

How the Passport Club loyalty program works:

Travelers will receive a 5% credit on their next Collette tour when it’s completed within 24 months of their most recent departure date, or a 3% Loyalty Credit on tours completed within 25 to 36 months of their original trip.

Those in the Level 2: Explorer tier will also get a US$100 of credit towards purchasing optional tour components or upgrades when travel is completed within 36 months of the most recent trip departure date.

The credits expire 36 months after their most recent departure date.

“We want to reward our travellers for exploring the world with us,” said Collette CEO Jaclyn Leibl-Cote. “With our dynamic program, the more they travel, the more they’ll receive. Plus, the bigger the trip, the bigger the credit. This year, we’ve worked to extend the benefits of the Passport Club. Travelers’ loyalty credit now lasts longer and they’ll also accumulate credit for pre- and post-tour accommodations. We are grateful to our family of travellers and want to reward them for every adventure they take with us.”
