Ritz-Carlton Coming to Portland

The $600 million, 35-story luxury tower to feature Ritz-Carlton hotel rooms, residences, and outdoor amenities.
Marriott International will bring a $600 million Ritz Carlton to Portland, Oregon, introducing the brand to the Pacific Northwest.
In an agreement with developer BPM Real Estate Group, construction is expected to begin later this year with an anticipated opening in early 2023.
The Ritz-Carlton, Portland will offer 251 hotel rooms and 138 residential units, including eight spacious penthouses, within a 35-story tower. There will be exclusive entrances for hotel guests and residence owners.
The hotel will house a fitness center, full-service spa and swimming pool on the 19th floor, as well as an indoor/outdoor restaurant and bar on the 20th floor with panoramic views of Portland and the Cascade Mountain Range.
The tower is also slated to have more than 13,000 square feet of meeting space for events and celebrations.
The site is a few blocks from tourist destinations Pioneer Courthouse Square and Pioneer Place. It’s also within walking distance to the Pearl District, the former warehouse district now known for its chic restaurants and bars, galleries and boutiques.
