Dream Hotel Group Signs Hotel on Las Vegas Strip

by Jessica Montevago  February 19, 2020
Dream Hotel Group Signs Hotel on Las Vegas Strip

The Dream Las Vegas will boast seven dining and nightlife venues, including rooftop pool deck, bar and lounge, and two additional bar and lounge concepts on the gaming floor.

Dream Hotel Group will bring its lifestyle brand to the Las Vegas market with a free-standing, ground-up Dream Hotel located directly on The Strip.

The New York-based company announced Tuesday the signing of 450-room Dream Las Vegas with local developers Contour and Shopoff Realty Investments, slated to open in 2023, bringing a blend of “forward-thinking design, progressive programming and world-class hospitality with unmatched dining and nightlife.”

Centrally located on the famed Las Vegas Boulevard, across the street from Mandalay Bay Resort and Bali Hai Golf Club, the 21-story luxury hotel tower will feature a glass and metal façade. Other design details include spacious double-height terraces and oversized windows.

Dream Las Vegas will offer seven dining and nightlife venues, including a rooftop pool deck, bar and lounge, three restaurants, two additional bar and lounge concepts on the gaming floor, and a grab-and-go café on the street level. There will also be 12,000 square feet of private meeting and event space, a full-service spa, fitness center and on-site parking.

Set to open in 2023, Dream Las Vegas will feature 450 guest rooms and suites.

Global architectural firm DLR Group is the designer and executive architect working closely with national general contractor McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. on the project. Construction on Dream Las Vegas on the 5.25 acres of vacant land is expected to begin in early 2021.

The news follows the group’s recent signings of Dream San Antonio, Dream Memphis, The Bight by Dream Hotel Group in Turks and Caicos, and Emma & Elissa by Dream Hotel Group in Playa del Carmen, Mexico.
