At least eight people were injured when a Delta Air Lines plane en route from Minneapolis (MSP) crashed on landing at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ) on Monday afternoon.

According to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), the flight, operated by Endeavor Air, crashed at Toronto Pearson around 2:45 p.m. EST. While there have been reports of injuries, the FAA said on social media that all passengers and crew are accounted for.

Images and footage of the incident showed the plane, a CRJ-900, upside down on the snow-covered runway.

Delta said at around 4:30 p.m. that the flight was carrying 80 people, 76 of which were crew members.

“Initial reports were that there are no fatalities. Several customers with injuries were transported to area hospitals. Our primary focus is taking care of those impacted,” Delta said.

CTV is reporting that Pearson has suspended arrivals and departures. According to FlightAware, than 100 flights at Toronto Pearson International Airport were canceled Monday—nearly 20% of its schedule—with around 200 more delayed. Arrivals were also affected.

The disruptions came about four hours after Pearson shared a photo of the runway Monday morning as crews cleared snow from a weekend storm in Ontario.

This is the second major crash involving a U.S. airline over the past month. In January, an American Airlines regional jet carrying 64 passengers and crew collided midair with a U.S. Army helicopter in Washington, D.C. All passengers and crew onboard that flight were killed.
