MSC Cruises today announced that it is adopting a new 48-hour cancellation policy for all sailings on or before July 31, 2020 to help its travel advisor partners and consumers deal with the ongoing disruptions from COVID-19.
The program, which it is calling its Cruise Assurance program, will allow guest to cancel up to 48 hours prior to departure and receive a 100% future cruise credit to use for any future sailing departing on or before Dec. 31, 2021.
MSC said it hopes the program will provide “guests with greater flexibility for existing and new reservations between now and July 31, 2020.”
