MSC Grows Exec Team, Adds BDMs

MSC Cruises has promoted Ken Muskat to executive vice president of sales, marketing PR and guest services, in addition to hiring Rick Cazzell as vice president of trade support and guest services. Jim Henwood will take on the role of senior vice president of hotel operaitons and group services. MSC Cruises has also added a new “Serving You” initiative as part of its MSC True Partnerships program, growing its sales force by recruiting field business development managers across the U.S.
