Become A Certified Sandals Specialist

Agents that become a Certified Sandals Specialist (CSS) can receive exclusive educational opportunities and marketing materials, as well as customized services, sales and educational support. Travel professionals in the program can collect free stays through Sandals “Sell & Go” program, qualify for resort services discounts and earn their agencies marketing dollars. To sign up, agents must complete a four-hour workshop. 

Agencies that have one active CSS agent and produce a minimum of 25 bookings to Sandals resorts can apply for the Preferred Sandals Agency Program (PSA). The program aims to build sales for both the agency and Sandals through a mutual partnership.
