JetBlue Offers Free Precheck To Frequent Fliers

In an effort to speed up security wait times for its customers, JetBlue will cover the cost of TSA Precheck for its Mosaic TrueBlue loyalty members.

JetBlue is sending members emails with a promotional award code that can be redeemed for a voucher to cover the $85 application cost. But travelers still must be approved by the TSA at a PreCheck enrollment center.

Passengers in the TSA PreCheck line don’t need to remove shoes, belts or light jackets and can keep laptops and 3-1-1 liquids in their bags, so the lines usually move more quickly. The program is available at more than 150 airports nationwide.
