More Travel Advisor Appreciation Month Offers Not to Be Missed

Travel Advisor Appreciation Day falls on the first Wednesday of May each year, so travel advisors should look out for specials around May 7, 2025. In celebration, suppliers are offering special deals, contests, and more for travel advisors. Here’s a roundup of those offers, many of which are available all month long.

ALG Vacations 

This year, ALG Vacations is showing its appreciation for travel advisors with support to help drive revenue, such as increased compensation, stronger sales tools, and other resources. ALGV is also offering several discounts to help close sales, and the year’s prizes include trips designed to give advisors destination knowledge, including a Grand Prize trip to Dubai with air via the new Exclusive Nonstop Vacation Flights (ENVF) nonstop routes. 

AmaWaterways

Throughout May, AmaWaterways is thanking travel advisors with a series of special offers, including the opportunity to win a free river cruise. For every new booking on a 2025 departure in May, advisors will receive a $100 gift card. Those who book one of the company’s Hot 100 Dates will receive a $200 total gift card. Deposits on 2025 sailings (except Africa) have also been reduced: $200 per person for Europe, Colombia, and the Mekong and $600 per person for Egypt. To enter to win a free cruise, advisors must have completed all five courses in the company’s AmaAcademy program and must attend all of the May episodes of the line’s popular Webinar Wednesday sessions (10:30a.m. Pacific/1:30p.m. Eastern). Additionally, advisors must create a co-branded AmaWaterways website. Advisors who have done all of that will be entered to receive a seven-night river cruise for two on the Magdalena River in Colombia. Advisors must register on AmaWaterways’ Travel Advisor Portal for the Wednesday Webinars to attend.

Atlantis Paradise Island

Travel advisors booking stays at Atlantis Paradise Island get higher commission rates this entire month. The Bahamas resort is also offering gift card bonuses and a huge giveaway to top producers. When booking at The Coral, The Royal, The Cove, Harborside, and The Reef Towers, travel advisors will get 20% commission on suites and 18% commission on rooms. Atlantis Ambassadors will also receive exclusive gift cards – $25 per booking at The Coral, $50 per booking at The Royal, and $75 per booking at The Cove and The Reef. The gift cards are issued upon completed stays and not applicable for canceled bookings. Finally, Atlantis Paradise Island will reward the advisor with the highest revenue for bookings across all hotels with a stay at the resort. The highest revenue booker specifically at The Cove will also earn a stay at the all-suite property.

Avanti Destinations

From May 1-31, travel advisors will receive a $25 gift card for each FIT land booking within Europe and $50 for land bookings in the South Pacific, Asia, Central and South America, North Africa and the Middle East. To qualify, bookings must be at least $5,000, occur before Dec. 15, 2025, and a deposit must be received by May 31.

Azamara Cruises

During the month of May, Azamara is celebrating travel advisors with tools and incentives. Through the end of May, advisors can earn double Group Amenity Points on select sailings. But, at the heart of this year’s offer is the launch of Azamara’s new Alaska Educational Program, which can be found on the Azamara World Academy platform. Advisors can earn an Azamara Cruises Expert badge after graduating from the first three chapters and then become a certified Azamara Alaska specialist after completing chapter four. Once they’ve become a specialist, they can earn an additional $100 bonus commission on any booking made within 30 days of graduating.

Catalonia Hotel & Resorts

Travel advisors who submit 2024-25 Catalonia Hotel & Resort bookings to the company’s BDMs by May 5 will be entered for a chance to win a free stay certificate. The raffle winners will be announced during a Zoom webinar on May 7.

Celtic Tours

As a way of saying “thank you” to travel advisors, Celtic Tours is offering them 2% bonus commission for any new, non-group Ireland Escorted Tour booked in May. Advisors should mention TA Month Bonus Commission when booking, and the Celtic Tours staff will honor the extra commission.

CIE Tours

On May 7, one lucky travel advisor will win a grand prize getaway from CIE Tours. The tour operator is giving away a free nine-day Best of Spain tour to one travel advisor and their guest. Advisors must enter to win by 11:59 p.m. on May 6, 2025, by filling out a form on the CIE website. In addition, CIE is hosting a daily $100 e-gift card drawing from May 1 to 31. All travel advisors who book for a client with CIE Tours throughout the month of May will be automatically entered to win.

Classic Vacations

With its month-long “Classic Loves Travel Advisors” campaign, Classic Vacations is hosting an exciting sweepstakes for travel advisors who book through the luxury travel company in the month of May. Advisors will receive one entry for each completed booking, and there is no limit on the number of entries. Winners will be announced on June 6.

The grand prize is a six-day Hawaii vacation, including roundtrip American Airlines airfare for two and a 6-day Alamo car rental. The lucky winner will also receive a three-night stay at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Oahu – Turtle Bay and a three-night stay at 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay, Kauai (ocean view room, daily buffet breakfast for two, resort and parking fees included at both hotels). Other trips up for grabs are five nights in Italy, four nights in Greece, and three nights in Spain. There will also be three $100 gift card winners.

Collette

In honor of Travel Appreciation Month, Collette has extended its 50% off air offer through May 30th, increasing the opportunities for advisors to take advantage. It is also doing daily giveaways through its Travel Advisors Network (TAN), virtual events, and some flash sales.

Club Med

Travel agents can earn bonus Great Advisors Loyalty Program points for each Club Med booking made through the month of May. Points can be redeemed for free night stays, discounted rates, special perks, and more. Travel advisors also get an exclusive 5% discount at Club Med Michès Playa Esmeralda.

Cunard

Cunard is extending Travel Advisor Appreciation Day through the entire month of May with a “Four Queens Bonus” event designed exclusively for advisors. From April 28 through May 30, 2025, new bookings can receive up to $300 onboard credit per stateroom, along with a bonus $100 commission per booking. Grill Suites guests will additionally receive a complimentary Champagne breakfast. The offer applies to select 2025 through 2027 voyages aboard all four of Cunard’s ships.

Delta Vacations

Travel advisors can take advantage of cost savings for clients and enter an exciting giveaway when they book with Delta Vacations this month. The vacation provider’s Exclusive TA Appreciation Offer allows agents to save up to $250 for their SkyMiles member clients with promo code SMMAY25. The trips must be booked in May for travel between May 1 and Dec. 31, 2025. The offer applies for a 2-night minimum stay in U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Central America, and 4-night minimum stay in Europe, South America, and other international destinations. Delta Vacations will also award the top 31 sellers with a trip to either Hawaii or Jamaica, airfare and hotel included.

Exodus

For every Exodus trip booked by a travel advisor this May, Exodus will donate to the Blue Marine Foundation to support ocean restoration as a part of their ongoing commitment to people, the planet, and their valued travel partners. Travel advisors who book three passengers on any small group tour departing between now and Sept. 30, 2025, will earn one free spot on an Exodus adventure, valued at up to $3,000. Free trips must be booked by March 31, 2026 and are subject to availability. 

Expedia TAAP

Through May 26, 2025, advisors can save their clients at least 25% on thousands of hotels for travel through Sept. 30, 2025.

Explore Worldwide

Explore Worldwide, a small group adventure tour specialist, is celebrating travel advisors with a booking bonus contest. For every booking made between May 1-31, advisors will be entered for a chance to win a trip of their choice. To qualify, a 10% deposit must be received by May 31. The winner will be announced on June 13.

G Adventures

G Adventures is extending its G-Normous advisor incentive throughout the month of May. The incentive program rewards travel advisors for booking G Adventures vacations with trips and cash giveaways. The adventure tour operator will also be adding a 2% bonus commission until May 31. 

Globus

Until May 10, Globus is offering savings up to $200 per couple on select 2025 tours, Cosmos is offering savings up to $100 per couple on select 2025 tours, and Avalon Waterways is offering free pre-paid gratuities on select 2025 and 2026 river cruises. These discounts are combinable with other promotions.

Hilton

All month long, travel advisors can enter to win Hilton’s fifth annual Travel Advisor Sweepstakes. To be in the running for 100,000 Hilton Honors points, simply submit a short feedback survey. Ten winners will be announced after May 31.

HX Expeditions

From May 1 to May 14, 2025, HX is offering travel advisors a $300 Amazon e-gift card ($150 for solo bookings) for every new booking (minimum of one deposited guest to qualify). The offer is valid across all future HX expedition sailings; group bookings are eligible if guest names are applied.

Hurtigruten

Hurtigruten is celebrating travel advisors with its biggest giveaway to date – a cruise + flight package to Norway for two, worth $12,000. All advisors who are pat of Hurtigruten’s travel advisor Facebook page are automatically included in the draw. Advisors who are not members can join before May 31 and become eligible. The winning advisor will be drawn on June 2, 2025.

Intrepid Travel

Intrepid is celebrating travel advisor appreciation month with a special contest, with a free trip up for grabs (valued at $3,000). To enter, advisors can email their favorite Intrepid story to NAPartners@intrepidtravel.com by May 14, 2025, with the subject line “My Favourite Intrepid Moment.” The tour operator is also launched its Intrepid Icons program, which celebrates travel advisors who go above and beyond to champion Intrepid. The first icon will be revealed June 4.

Nocturne Luxury Villas

From May 1 to 31, travel advisors will receive 3% bonus commission on new bookings with Nocturne Luxury Villas’ six partner brands in the U.S., Mexico, and Caribbean. Inclusive of the bonus, advisors can earn up to 13% commission when booking for Exceptional Stays in Telluride, Colorado; Exclusive 30A along Florida’s Emerald Coast, Grand Cayman Villas & Condos and Paradise Retreats in Santa Barbara. They can earn up to 15% commission inclusive of the bonus for bookings at Cabo Villas and WIMCO St. Barth Properties (St. Barth villas only).

Paul Gauguin Cruises

Paul Gauguin Cruises is celebrating travel advisor appreciation month by providing advisors with the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 in gift cards for every new booking made from May 1 to 31, 2025.  Gift cards can be earned on all new 2025 and 2026 bookings created and deposited during the month of May. To qualify, bookings must be submitted via the Gift Card Redemption Form within 30 days of deposit to qualify.

Perillo Tours

Throughout May, travel advisors will earn an $80 gift card for every new guest booking. The limited-time incentive is valid for new reservations on any 2025-26 Perillo Tours escorted tour or 2025 custom vacation. There is no limit on how many gift cards an advisor can earn. To be eligible, advisors must have a valid IATA number and be registered with Perillo.

Pleasant Holidays/Journese

Pleasant Holidays and its luxury brand, Journese, is awarding a Hawaii two-hotel stay and bonus TRIP Points to top travel advisor bookers during the month of May, along with daily TRIP Point prizes for the top-booking travel advisor for each brand. The Grand Prize of six hotel nights (three each at The Kahala Hotel & Resort and The Westin Hapuna Beach Resort), plus 5,000 TRIP points will go to the top sales producer by revenue for Pleasant Holidays and Journese combined. Second prize will be 5,000 TRIP bonus points and will go to the second-highest producer by revenue, also for the combined brands. The daily prize will be 1,000 TRIP points for the top daily sales by revenue (May 1-31) earner for each brand separately.

PONANT EXPLORATIONS

PONANT is celebrating travel advisor appreciation month by providing advisors with the opportunity to earn up to $1,000 in gift cards for every new booking made from May 1 to 31, 2025.  Gift cards can be earned on all new 2025 and 2026 bookings created and deposited during the month of May. To qualify, bookings must be submitted via the Gift Card Redemption Form within 30 days of deposit to qualify.

Regent Seven Seas Cruises

Throughout May, Regent Seven Seas is rewarding travel advisors in the U.S. and Canada with a $300 gift card offer and the chance to win cash prizes of up to $10,000. To earn $300 gift cards, advisors need only make newly deposited bookings for any 2025 sailing in May. For each newly deposited booking, they’ll earn the $300 gift card. In addition, for every gift card earned advisors receive one entry into a cash prize draw, with the winner receiving $10,000, second place receiving $5,000, and third receiving $2,500. To help advisors close more sales, the line is also offering savings of up to 50% on select suite categories across 85 specially selected sailings in 2025 and 2026.

Rental Escapes

Travel advisors can earn up to $5,000 in bonus commission and double REwards points when booking Rental Escapes throughout the month of May. The full-service luxury villa company is offering the bonus commission on all bookings made between May 1 and May 31, 2025 for stays from May 8, 2025 to Dec. 31, 2026.

Riviera Travel

Starting May 1, advisors can earn up to $1,000 in Amazon gift cards for their river cruise bookings with Riviera Travel. To earn the full $1,000, advisors must make five bookings between May 1 and June 30, 2025. The incentive starts at $50 for the first booking and increases incrementally. Bookings must be new for 2025 or 2026 and confirmed with a deposit or final payment by June 30, 2025. Each booking counts per cabin and group bookings are eligible (excluding the TC cabin). Advisors who make more than five bookings will receive an additional $100 Amazon gift card for each extra booking. All bookings must be registered to qualify.

Scenic

Now through May 31, 2025, Scenic Group (parent company of Scenic and Emerald Cruises) is offering: a $100 bonus commission per cabin for eight-plus-day Scenic River, Emerald Cruises River, and Emerald Cruises Yacht bookings; a $250 bonus commission per suite for Scenic Eclipse bookings; automatic entries to win a fee eight-day river cruise for two for each booking made; a $400 savings per person on group bookings on eight-plus-day 2025 and 2026 river cruises with either brand; and a $1,000 savings per person on group bookings of 2025 to 2026 Scenic Eclipse voyages. (Advisors who secure five or more cabins in a qualifying river cruise group will also receive a complimentary advisor cabin to escort their group.) To receive their bonus commissions, advisors must validate their bookings.

Additionally, throughout May, advisors who subscribe to the Scenic Group Trade Newsletter and engage with the Partners in Travel Facebook page will have the chance to win exclusive gift packs, digital gift cards, and additional prizes.

Seabourn

Throughout the month of May, Seabourn is offering travel advisors a 3% bonus commission on select sailings and expeditions.

Silversea Cruises

Throughout the month of May, advisors who book their clients on a classic or expedition Silversea voyage will be entered into a sweepstakes for a chance to win a Caribbean cruise.

The Travel Institute

In honor of National Travel Advisor Week, The Travel Institute is offering $60 off its one-year online continued learning library subscription. New subscribers can take advantage of this 33% off deal from now through May 14.

Uniworld Boutique River Cruises

Uniworld is offering registered advisors a $100 e-gift card for every new 2025 Uniworld booking made in the month of May. Advisors must use code “TAI2501-U” in the U.S. and “TAI2501-C” in Canada when making the booking to qualify for their bonus. To help advisors close sales during this period, the river cruise line is providing a limited-time $1,000 per person past guest bonus on select itineraries and departure dates, and up to $500 per person in savings for River Heritage Club members on all 2025 sailings. Additionally, River Heritage Club members can take advantage of double referral program credits and receive $200 off their next booking when they refer friends or family who are new to Uniworld by June 30, 2025.

Viking

Through May 31, 2025, Viking is offering a $100 bonus per booking on advisors’ Viking Rewards Card to graduates of the Viking Travel Advisor Academy. The incentive applies across all product lines – river, ocean, expedition, and Mississippi – with no need to manually track bookings. Advisors simply need to visit viking.com/advisor and make sure they completed the Viking Rewards registration process.

Windstar Cruises

Throughout May, Windstar is offering a variety of incentives for new 2025 bookings, including a chance to win a “Dreams of Tahiti” cruise for two, choice of an Amazon gift card or a bonus commission, and reduced deposits for clients. Advisors can enter for a chance to win the free cruise (plus roundtrip airfare for two in economy class on Air Tahiti Nui) by making new 2025 cruise bookings in May. (One winner will be drawn at random at the end of the month.) For every new 2025 booking made in May, advisors also earn their choice of either a $100 USA or CAD bonus commission or a $100 Amazon gift card. (Gift cards will be sent digitally 30 days prior to cruise departure.) Every confirmed booking earns advisors one grand prize entry and one gift card or bonus commission.

To help advisors close sales, Windstar is offering reduced cruise deposits of only $50 per person to lock in a 2025 cruise departure, beginning in May and running through June 30, 2025 (valid only for cruise departures 90 days out from confirmation). Additionally, the line’s Pick Your Perk offer has been extended until June 30, 2025.
