Palladium Hotel Group has launched a revamped travel advisor loyalty program, Palladium PRO, signifying the hotel chain’s renewed focus on its partners in the trade.

Palladium PRO is designed for travel agents, wedding planners, and meeting and event organizers alike to earn rewards points that can be redeemed for personal stays, special rates and discounts, and product training – all in one simple online interface.

“Palladium PRO is a testament to Palladium Hotel Group’s commitment to fostering strong relationships with tourism professionals,” said Cristian Caballero, Palladium’s corporate loyalty program director. “The program is designed to recognize and reward the valuable contributions of these partners who play a critical role in promoting and supporting Palladium Hotel Group and its portfolio brands.”

Travel advisors can earn points through this program by making sales and engaging on the platform’s newly updated Palladium Academy, an educational selling tool. By completing the training there, advisors can become Palladium Hotel Group experts.

With the points earned, Palladium PRO loyalty members can redeem points for stays at hotels or other on-site benefits. They also get up to 50% off with the Travel Agent Rate, depending on the property. The newly revamped program also has a smoother user experience, automation in reservation registration, and personalization in promotions, challenges, and rankings.

Palladium operates more than 40 hotels within 10 brands throughout Spain, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Italy, Brazil, the United States, and UAE. Most recently the Spain-based hotel group announced its expansion in Jamaica.
