Margaritaville at Sea is putting Margaritaville at Sea Paradise under the knife for an extensive renovation that will bring reimagined dining and beverage experiences, as well as new entertainment and enhanced terminal processes beginning in late March 2025.

“This exciting new lineup of guest experiences on Paradise will match the fun and energy of the new destinations we’re charting this year,” said Anthony Stice, senior vice president of hotel operations for Margaritaville at Sea. “Whether it’s a two-night getaway or a long weekend escape, we’re ready to welcome guests with refreshed dining, elevated cocktail experiences, and unforgettable entertainment.”

Dining & Drinks

New and refreshed dining and beverage options will feature upgraded menus, as well as distinct, venue-specific secret drink experiences.

Hemisphere Dancer Craft Spirits: The Islander’s popular craft spirits bar expands to Paradise. The cozy piano lounge features a menu of craft cocktails.

Far Side Sushi: This all-new specialty dining option will feature a diverse menu of inventive sushi rolls, small plates, and rice and ramen bowls.

Frank and Lola’s: The line’s popular pizza outlet will now be inclusive for all guests to enjoy as part of an upgraded experience at the Port of Indecision Buffet. Features traditional pizzas, as well as a rotating menu of seasonally-inspired varieties.

License to Chill and 12 Volt Bar: Guests looking for a poolside drink can head to the updated License to Chill and adults-only 12 Volt Bar. In addition to all-new menus, both will feature renovated spaces, including License to Chill’s reimagination as a Key West-inspired beach bar, complete with ping pong and billiards.

JWB Prime Steakhouse: A signature Margaritaville favorite on land and at sea, the restaurant will feature an upgraded menu with wine pairings and seasonal specialties.

Paradise will also debut all-new live entertainment. The ship sails from the Port of Palm Beach visiting Grand Bahama Island, Key West, and Nassau.

In addition to general stateroom enhancements, the line is making the overall travel experience smoother. Margaritaville at Sea has partnered with the Port of Palm Beach to expedite the arrival and debarkation process. The port has added advanced facial recognition technology for guests carrying U.S. passports, along with new parking options, including self-parking and valet.
