HX (Hurtigruten Expeditions) has launched an all-new advisor portal and online training program as part of its ongoing rebrand.

The portal is now exclusively dedicated to HX and provides a variety of resources and assets to help advisors sell HX expedition cruises. These include updated brochures, marketing materials, one-pagers, and webinars.

“We’re focused on equipping our valued agents and advisors with the support they need to thrive in this growing sector and promote HX,” said Sheralyn Berry, general manager, Americas.

As part of the portal rollout, a suite of new marketing materials and B2B assets will be released in early September including selling guides, destination packs, and more.

As part of the launch, HX has also introduced a new online training program comprising four core modules that take about one hour to complete all together. The four modules are: Introduction to HX; Destinations; Sustainability, Science & Education; and Life Onboard.

Each module includes interactive quizzes.

Advisor who complete all four modules will receive a certificate, and all advisors who complete the training by the end of August will be entered into a draw for a $150 gift card.
