All of Hyatt Inclusive Collection’s Newest Openings

With more than 55,000 rooms across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe, Hyatt Inclusive Collection (HIC) has become a significant player in the all-inclusive resort market.

The portfolio started with relatively humble beginnings. Formerly AMResorts, it launched in 2001, had 17 hotels across four brands by 2010, and rebranded as the Inclusive Collection in 2022. Since then, it’s been full steam ahead as HIC has grown to more than 140 resorts across 11 distinct brands. The recent Playa Resorts acquisition, which alone added 15 all-inclusive resorts, and Bahia Principe deal, which added 21, only furthers HIC’s foothold in the space.

In an interview with Travel Market Report from early this year, Shyla Gardner, Hyatt’s vice president of commercial services for Latin America and the Caribbean, told us that HIC aims to “look for different niches and different audiences that we can design product for.”

As a result, the expectation is that this portfolio will only continue to grow, and we have details on the latest openings and those soon to come.

In addition to the new resorts below, these properties have been recently refreshed or are currently under renovation:

  • Secrets Playa Mujeres Golf & Spa Resort‘s renovations are expected to be complete in December 2025 and feature refreshed guestrooms, a reimagined Preferred Club, an updated Secrets Spa, and enhanced entertainment and dining.
  • Zoëtry Agua Punta Cana will temporarily close beginning in July to undergo an extensive enhancement project. Upon reopening in November 2025, the resort will have a refreshed, modern look that incorporates its natural surroundings, as well as upgraded suites, reimagined dining experiences, and redesigned guest spaces crafted with locally sourced materials.
  • Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun is currently undergoing a transformation of its restaurants and Preferred Club lounge. It is expected to be completed in November.
  • Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta and Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos both recently unveiled projects that fully renovated the lobby and accommodations, expanded culinary offerings, reimagined KidZ Club for ages 4-12 with engaging activities, and elevated the event spaces.

The resort’s modern, island-inspired accommodations all feature a furnished private balcony, as well as 24-hour room service and a daily refreshed mini-bar. There are also swim-out suites available in every building and a Preferred Club room categories with additional amenities.

Guests at the resort can take advantage of five à la carte gourmet restaurants (from casual French to pan-Asian fusion), one buffet, a creperie and tapas, a grill, and a café, as well as seven bars and lounges serving premium domestic and international beverages and top-shelf spirits. There are also on-site and off-site activities and wedding and event spaces.

Secrets Baby Beach Aruba is an all-suite property located between Baby Beach Bay and the town of San Nicolas on the island’s southeastern coast. It joins Hyatt’s two other Aruba resorts, Hyatt Place Aruba Airport and Hyatt Regency Aruba Resort, Spa and Casino, and follows the recent opening of Secrets St. Lucia Resort & Spa.

The adults-only resort’s 304 suites each have private, furnished balconies or terraces and daily refreshed minibars. There is also a selection of Preferred Club room categories. Dining options include four a la carte restaurants, a buffet, a café, a grill, and 24-hour room service. There are also six bars and lounges, including a swim-up bar, music lounge, and lobby bar.

Activities range from relaxing at the three pools or Secrets Spa to participating in active excursions such as bike tours, cocktail and cooking classes, dance lessons, macrame workshops, mixology lessons, and more.

Guests can enjoy a hot tub, sauna, steam room, and sensation showers at the spa, or get active with water sports like windsurfing, jet skiing, parasailing, kayaking, boat rides, and snorkeling. And for more upscale guests, AluaSoul Sunny Beach offers My Favorite Club, which provides exclusive access to more private areas of the property and other upgraded amenities.
