WestJet Kicks off St. John’s Service from Edmonton

WestJet today is starting its summer, nonstop service between Edmonton International Airport and St. John’s International Airport.
WestJet will offer the service three-times weekly, departing from St. Johns at 9:15 p.m. and arriving in St. John’s at 6:09 a.m.; and returning from St. John’s at 9:00 a.m. for an 11: 40 a.m. Edmonton arrival.
“Both provinces have strong business and leisure ties and we’re excited to inaugurate our new three-times weekly service,” said Brian Znotins, WestJet Vice-President Network Planning and Alliances. “We’re confident that our guests will benefit from greater access through these conveniently times flights as we continue to invest in both airports.”
In total, WestJet will operate more than 50 St. John’s departures this summer.
