Lynn Elmhirst Joins TMR as Contributing Canadian Editor

Lynn Elmhirst, the CEO and executive producer of BestTrip TV travel videos and chief content officer and publisher of Travel Agency Tribes, is joining Travel Market Report as a contributing editor covering Canada.

Elmhirst will be based in Toronto and will be joining the Travel Market Report team, effective immediately.

“I love being able to support Travel Market Report’s mission of helping travel agents to realize their own dreams; of building a successful business in travel; and helping travelers realize their dreams of transformative travel experiences. Many people spend their whole lives dreaming of taking certain vacations, and travel advisors are the people who make those dreams come true. The more I can help inform, inspire and connect the dots for travel agents, the more everyone’s dreams come true,” Elmhirst said.

Elmhirst got her start in media as an on-camera TV news reporter, producer, and anchor before moving to travel TV. Her career has included hosting on-camera and narrating travel video; writing for print and digital outlets; and editing and publishing travel content direct to travel consumers or to travel consumers via travel agent channels.

She is a member of the Travel Media Association of Canada.
